1. Acceptance
By downloading or using MyPocketRx, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.
2. Not Medical Advice
MyPocketRx is a personal organization tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or pharmacist before making changes to your medication regimen. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
3. Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of medication information you enter. MyPocketRx reminds you based on what you configure. Incorrect entries will result in incorrect reminders.
4. Emergency QR Disclaimer
The Emergency QR Code feature is an informational tool. It does not replace emergency medical services. First responders may or may not act on the information shown. Tokens expire after 48 hours; expired tokens will show an expiry page. Regenerate regularly.
5. Intellectual Property
All app content, design, and code are the property of MyPocketRx. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyPocketRx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from missed doses, incorrect reminders, or reliance on the Emergency QR feature. The app is provided "as is."
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the app at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically.
